Noelle Fries is a multidisciplinary artist based in Brooklyn and the Catskills, NY. Devoted to nature, community, and spirit, she explores a range of disciplines from photography to sculpture with an intention to foster individual and collective healing.
Currently an MFA candidate in Integrated Practices at Pratt Institute (2027), Noelle holds degrees in Race, Gender, and Sexuality (BA, Mills College) and Community Health (MPH, CUNY School of Public Health). She was a member of the NYC arts collective Colectivo Amaranta (2015-2021) and has exhibited in group shows in San Francisco (2011), New York City (2016, 2025), and in London at The Wellcome Collection Museum (2023). Her work was published in Celebrate People’s History: The Poster Book of Resistance and Revolution (2nd ed, 2020).
